3.1. You agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account(s).
3.3. You are responsible for the promotion and content of the web application/services you have subscribed to. Libet Technologies is not responsible for the promotion, content, and the amount of profit you can collect from use of our Services.
3.4. You agree not to use the Services to:
- a. Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activities;
- b. Upload or distribute any content that is harmful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on any intellectual property rights;
- c. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Fees for the Services are set forth on our website or in a separate agreement between you and Libet Technologies.
4.2. All payments are due in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the payment terms.
4.3. Libet Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if payments are not made timely.
4.4. Payments, prices, and/or fees are subject to change with or without written notice. However, payments, prices, and/or fees will remain the same during the current period of any subscription.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software and/or code, trademarks, and content, are owned by Libet Technologies.
5.2. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services under any circumstances whatsover.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the term of this subscription/agreement and even if this subscription/agreement is not longer in place.
6.2. Confidential information may only be used for the purposes of fulfilling obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libet Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
7.2. In no event shall Libet Technologies's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate these Terms with or without cause. If you cancel your subscrition, it will remain active for the rest of your plan, and you will not incur any more charges.
8.2. Libet Technologies may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately if you breach any of these Terms.
8.3. Upon termination, all licenses, subscription(s), and/or software granted to you will terminate, and you must cease all use of the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changing Current Service Subscription
There are two ways to change your subscription:
10.1. You would need to cancel your current-active service. After the active period has expired, you can subscribe to a different service.
10.2 Another way to change your subscription, with a different active subscription, is by using a different account to subscribe to a different service.
We recommend 10.1 to change your subscription.

11.1 By submitting the contact form on this website, you agree to be contacted via SMS or email by Libet Technologies for purposes
directly related to your inquiry.
11.2 SMS Consent
By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you are providing express written consent to receive text messages from Libet Technologies.

11.3 Opt-In
